Ripley may refer to any of the following:

Robert Ripley was a cartoonist who in 1929 began his "Believe It or Not!" series. Still published in 200 newspapers, it is the longest-running single panel cartoon.

Ripley Entertainment is a company now owned by the Jim Pattison Group, which has produced "Ripley's Believe It or Not!" books and radio and TV shows. It also opened a series of museums and an indoor waterpark resort in Niagara Falls.

Tom Ripley is the title character in Patricia Highsmith's acclaimed series. "The Talented Mr. Ripley" is a 1999 film based on the Highsmith book of the same name, featuring actors Matt Damon, Gwyneth Paltrow and Jude Law. The film was followed by a 2004 DVD-only sequel, "Ripley’s Game," starring John Malkovich.

One of the first female doctors in the U.S., Martha Ripley established Maternity Hospital in Minneapolis.

Ripley, Ontario is a small town of 600 people in Canada.

Ripley, California is a small farming community between Los Angeles and Phoenix.
